Xbox Version: v1.0
360 version: v1 (xenon)
x2 4981 or 4983 for 256k
x2 5035 for 512k

Any will work just fine. Aside from X3 bioses( which are only for x3 chips), the chip you have doesn't really matter, as it is just a bios holder.
My personal preference is X2 4891 for all version xboxes other than 1.6
