Since my modchip isn't flashed and I can't get network or disc flashing to work and I don't have a filemanager to access the C drive to put on a bios, can I just do this: mod a friend's Xbox and put the bios on his C drive and then pop his hdd in my xbox and flash it from there.

in theory, yes



do take precautions though, and make sure to unlock his Hard Disc Drive, otherwise it will not work in your xbox.



be careful not to fk up your buddys sht. that might complicate your friendship a bit tongue.gif

Ok, thanks for your reply. I actually got Eurasia to work though so there is really no need to do this and mess up another one of my friends xboxes (I've given a friend an error 16)
