U can find out when you open your 360, which you will need to do. As Scuba said, google Textbook's Tutorial and follow it once you've found out what drive you have.

Pop off the case and look on the DVD player

it will say something like v78 or v79.

IF you have v79 then you have to install a passkey or remove a chip from the PCB and have it manually extracted and replace to board or flash that key to a new drive.
