Okay, so I am obviously a new poster here, but I have been visiting for awhile. Just started modding Morrowind on the X-box and I wanted to hop in here to make a request to see if anyone has and could share some mods I was hopeing to be able to use in my game.
I am currently running Better Bodies, Better Heads, and the Xbox Visuals Pack together and have experienced no problems with this so far. I know with most of these some things had to be modified to get them to play nice with the Xbox, typically graphically speaking (something I myself am terrible at).
So, I was wondering if anyone could share the following Mods I really want to add, let me know if they even work on the Xbox, or if they are good for just tossing in the PC version sans any special editing:
-Reduced (Passing) Commentary Mod -Improved Inns -Immersive Chargen -New Beast Bodies (I hate seeing the Arg's and Kaj's looking cruddy still when everything else looks so nice) -Fashionable Merchants -Official Plugins Collection -Better Glow -IndyBank -Persuasion Response Expansion -Apostates to Oblivion: Beyond the Realms of Death -Illegal Dwemer Trading -Drug Realism -Imperial Legion Goods -Thieves' Guild Stash -Appropriate Greetings -MoonStar Crosshair -Any of the Less Generic NPC Mods
I know I have seen people mention they can get about 20 mods or so going at a time, so if I can get these running together I would love to. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Well, I now have installed and working (without breaking the main quest as far as I can tell):
Bank Better Bodies Better Heads Books of Vvardenfell Enchantment Color De-Enhancer How Are You Reduced Commentary Le Femm Armor New Title Music Persuasion Response Expansion Theives Guild Stash X-Box Visual Pack
I think I have pretty well gotten this process down, though I still have my issues with converting textures and the like, so my request for a Better Beast Bodies/Heads and Clothing for Better Bodies still stands, as I will never be able to get these going myself I fear

Where did you find the xbox visual pack? I can't seem to find it anywhere. The better beasts mod I uploaded should work out for you, assuming you put it in the proper place. I trust you know how to do that? If not, just ask. Note that all I did was prep it for the xbox from the original files and it seems to work fine for me. What kind of clothing mods are you looking for? If I had some examples I might be able to figure something out. Better Beasts: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3AR8FITKI know megaupload sucks, but its the best I can do right now.

Highly appreciated, looking forward to trying this out tonight. In fact it is so appreciated that I decided to use up a little of my webspace to upload the Xbox Visual Pack so you could get at it: http://www.otherfamily.net/misc/Xbox%20Visual%20Pack.rarThat should be a nice little direct download for you to be able to get that, but be warned, it is about 20MB since it does retex pretty well everything in the games environment. As for the clothing, not really picky honestly, something to fit the Better Bodies models on the regular game clothing would be nice.

Okay, I stand corrected on my working mods list, as I have encountered some silly errors with some of them now that I am intending to correct at some point.
My new issue is that I had been using mods primarily used for just Morrowind, but now I wanna play with some that I will need to remove dependancies from, but I can't seem to get a working copy of TESDTK anywhere now...
Everyone that I find and setup on my PC give me this error: "The application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
Well, that's my problem, no download I find of this is an installer, but the program itself...any suggestions or does anyone have a working copy out there they can get me access to...

Hmmm, looks like the Better Beasts failed for me, not too sure why, probably conflicting with something I am running currently. Also the only mod I have in .esm format too...might have to try converting it to .esp and see how that works out for me
Hmm, same error with yours too, gonna see if I can find out what that .dll is it keeps getting huffy about here cause I have the java installed and it appears to function just fine
+++UPDATE+++ Fixed the issues with TESDTK, found a copy of the .dll online and placed it in my system32 file folder and now it loads right up...lets see what all I can get working now.

Well, here we go now, this seems to be a working list that I hope will continue to expand as I go on now. I have the following mods in my game and working together (a total of 22 so far):
-No CharGen Tutorial Messages -Better Bodies -Better Heads -New Title Music -Visuals Pack -Animal Realism -Bloated Morrowind -Clerical Robes -Enough "Does Not Have Enough" -Enchantment Color De-Enhancer -Ferns -Find Shelter -Reduced Commentary -Le Femm Armor -More Classes (I will be updating this one though to be better then it is) -NPC Move -Projectile Store and Speed -Realistic Pelts -Realistic Weather -Theives Guild Fences -Tougher Guards -Splash Screen Update
All of these mods have been to some degree tested already in use together (all major errors I have encountered with mods are not present at this time), and they will be further play tested soon by me and a couple of my friends. Anyways, that's about it, more when I get a chance since I have another 25 mods that I want to test out here at least, possibly a few more if I get the motivation. Once I am done I will be considering it a full mod release (at least for me and my friends to enjoy)

Been a work in progress, but here is where I am with things...and I may even release this (as this is an excerpt from the readme I made up for this, mainly for the use of my friends with modded boxes). Also, if anyone has any suggestions on mods to replace with others or mods to simply add in, I would be more than happy to take them so I can make this the best possible game I can (so you know, I am running with the hex edited Morrowind.xbe and a hacked Morrowind.ini with a Bloodmoon.esm and Tribunal.esm file ghosted in):
*****************************************************************
5. Revisions (Running Mod Count = 34 In Use)
***************************************************************** Version 3.3 - Extra Added Content:
Added Forgotten Quests Added Race Vision Added Realistic Pelts Removed Eye of the Night
Version 3.0 - Added Content and Tweaks:
Added Balmora Fighter's Club Added Eye of the Night Added Fast Travel to Great House Strongholds Added More NPCs Added Printing Press Added The Pelagiad Parlor Added Theifs Disguise Kit Added Trap Difficulty Mod
Version 2.0 - Essential Game Tweaks:
Added All Classes Playable Added Animal Realism Added Better Pelagiad Transport Added Bloated Morrowind Added Enough "Does Not Have Enough" Added Enchantment Color De-Enhancer Added Ferns Added Find Shelter Added "How Are You?" Added Reduced Commentary Added Rainforest of the Bitter Coast Added NPC Move Added Projectile Store and Speed Added Rank Advancement Revamped Added Realistic Weather Added Tougher Guards
Version 1.0 - Graphical Enhancement:
Added Better Bodies reformatted for the X-Box Added Better Heads reformatted for the X-Box Added Le Femme Armor reformatted for the X-Box Added New Title Music Added X-Box Visuals Pack
Version 0.5 - Initial Testing Phase:

Are you using the non-GOTY Morrowind? If not, what string(s) did you add to the .ini? I'm having trouble getting more than 5-6 mods to work.

I am using the GotY edition of the game as it is much easier to do.
As for the Morrowind.ini file, I just added some stuff at the very begining to have it actually load the Tribunal.esm and Bloodmoon.esm files that I added (which are just blanks, since GotY has all the data from those in the Morrowind.esm)
I assume you are trying to do a non-GotY version of the game. If you are using GotY, I can toss you the string that I added to the Morrowind.ini file.

Okay, I am now up to Version 4.0 of this work, and this is my final version until I release the 5.0 Expansion pack which will have my custom mod on it for those that want to play it. Anyways, once I get done sorting through everything so that I can get a nice single file going, I will be making a .rar of this and tossing it on my site for about a week for people to grab it. Anyways, here is what I have in the mod at this time (again, this is taken from my readme): QUOTE *****************************************************************
5. Revisions (Running Mod Count = 30 In Use, excluding .ini and .xbe/.esm hacks)
***************************************************************** Version 4.0 - Mass Revision; Current Content:
Using All Classes Playable Using Animal Realism Using Balmora Fighter's Club Using Better Bodies reformatted for X-Box Using Better Heads reformatted for X-Box Using Better Pelagiad Transport Using Bloated Morrowind Using Enough "Does Not Have Enough" Using Enchantment Color De-Enhancer Using Fast Travel to Great House Strongholds Using Ferns Using Find Shelter Using "How Are You?" Using Reduced Commentary Using Le Femme Armor reformatted for X-Box Using More NPCs Using Rainforest of the Bitter Coast Using New Title Music Using No CharGen Message Boxes Using NPC Move Using Printing Press Using Projectile Store and Speed Using Race Vision Using Realistic Pelts Using Realistic Weather Using The Pelagiad Parlor Using Theifs Disguise Kit Using Tougher Guards Using Trap Difficulty Using X-Box Visuals Pack If it looks like something that you might be interested in, then by all means, once I get the link up, feel free to grab the thing. Anything that was listed in the previous readme excerpt and does not appear on this 4.0 listing means it was cut for various reasons. The things listed there are the only things that made it into the final 4.0 Release.

Currently, all I have done with the .ini is add in line to have it load the BM and TB .esm files, as well as made some adjustments to lighting levels in the game to make light sources and night time more realistic
