5000+ units sold in one week here is actually nothing to be overly exicited with. The consoles only sell for a short time when a new RPG is released. Once the game is no longer popular, sales will become non-existant again.

Everyone knows that.

I think most are suprised, that not only did the new release boost 360 sales, but it propeled the 360 to surpass the PS3 in sales for the month.

MS should just release a buch of crap role playing games and Yugio character knock off games in Japan.
If their bad it won't hurt their reputation as it is already bad, but maybe they could develop a following as most of those old PS2 Jap games were crap imho.
