I'm trying to fix my broken DVD drive for my 360 and I need to clean or replace the motor. I have the Toshiba-Samsung drive. I'm wondering if there are any tutorials on how to fix, or replace the motor for it, it's old and not working well at all. I also need to know how to open it up so I can replace it or whatever needs done, I need to take the outer casing off so I'm able to actually see the motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Look though this tutorial. It should answer most of your questions.
