well I have an regular Xbox with Xbox Wireless Adapter and well I got a GamerTag from Xbox.com like a month ago and I want to put it on the regular Xbox and my GamerTag at Xbox.com has Sliver Membership atm and well how can I put that GamerTag on the Xbox to play Halo 2 on XBL? or do I need to register an XBL account on the Xbox able to do that? or do I just need Gold Membership?

360 version: v5.0 (360S - trinity)
I believe for the original xbox you need a Gold Membership (or the equivalent of) I haven't done it from the 360 down but I did to it from the Xbox > 360.

It converted over to a gold account.
