Im about to get a xbox 360 with an xbox live account still on it from a friend. I have wireless internet at my apartment and i have a linksys wrt54g router. Is there anyway to connect that to my 360 and use it as a wireless adaptor?

Can i plug the router in turn it out and run a ethernet cable from the 360 to the router and be able to get a signal? or how do i need to go about doing this?

if you're plugging the xbox into the router then i'd think you would be all set. it'd be no different than plugging the console directly into a cable/dsl modem.

you say you have wireless, does that mean a neighbor has it and you borrow it?

you cant just buy a router and have it use someones wireless signal if that's what you mean.

why would you accuse him of stealing somebody's signal based on his post? that seems pretty unnecessary
