I installed the latest UnleashX (not sure if it is a WIP build, but the one from the IRC channel) and my FTP oftens timesout on large transfers - anyone else have the same issue?

Do you mean large single files, or large batches? I've had problems with large batches (e.g. games), and found that the FTP server in XBMC was slightly more reliable - but slower, and still not bomb proof.

FYI, I am using UnleashX 0.39.0528A Build 584 - the latest one I could find. I've never tried an older version, so I don't know if the FTP in them is any more robust. Also FYI, if you look at the log file for the connection it says "215 UNIX emulated by [UnleashX] Avalaunch 0.47.5", which is the same as the version reported by the latest Avalaunch build I can find (0.49.3.138) - which would imply that Avalaunch will be no better or worse.......!
