Can someone walk me through/link me to a tutorial to extracting the key to a Benq drive? As I understand the drive does not need to be unlocked. I have a spare Hitachi lying around that already has Ixtreme 1.4 on it, and I'd like to just spoof the drive to put into the new Xbox.

Why not just flash the BenQ without needing to replace it?

Unless you are talking about a LiteOn and not a BenQ?

You can check my posts in the technical forum on the "Unlock BenQ" thread. Don't know why but it's been giving me hell. I'm open to it, but since it's giving me so many problems I'm keeping my options open.
