Microsoft Offers Free Games to Japan
Posted by XanTium | October 22 11:34 EST | News Category: Xbox360

From xbox360.ign.com:
[QUOTE]
Microsoft is known for giving awesome deals to Japanese gamers, and today came news of the latest: a bundle that combines the 360 with two games at no additional cost.

Starting November 6, potential 360 buyers in Japan will be able to chose from a Value Pack bundle that includes an Xbox 360 Standard Model (that's the one with the 60 gigabyte hard drive) along with copies of Ace Combat 6 and Katarami Damacy. The package will retain the 29,800 yen price point of the current game-free 60 gigabyte system.

though Japan is a very important target crowd, they should indeed focus a little more on european costumers, since they're close to beating the playstation here.
ultimately, I believe the Japanese will still prefer Sony for a long time, out of understandable patriotism.
but alas, I hope this will mean more multiplayer activity on Ace Combat 6 smile.gif

I don't see this as being much different than the crappy Christmas bundles we get in the USA and other countries.

Isn't it Katamari Damacy? (sometimes called Katamari Dimasi).
