It happended to Me at 12:47am. Thought they've ban Me, but tried again in the morning and I could connect sucessfully to XBL

was happening to me last night - random disconnects, manual reconnect seemed to work but then disconnected again.

no worry of ban, totally stock system but rather annoying when I wanted to play left 4 dead demo =/

same thing was happening to me last night while exploring the new NXE, random disconnects, then manualy signing in.

i thought the same thing. scared the shit out of me. unfortunately, i was playing mua, and the live disconnect caused a few of my characters to get re-locked i when games have dumb bugs like that

Ya I thought I had one of the false consol bans I just got this box back from Ms. and it disconnected last night then it failed on Live with some error code then it passed but my nat went from open to moderate things were messed up bad lastnight

Last night I was disconnected from Live twice playing RB2 online, then this morning I haven't been able to connect at all. The network test bombs out on the 'xbox live' item with a 'technical configuration error'. My error codes are W: 0000-000B X: 0000-F001 Y: 30A8-4840 Z: 0000-0000. Googling '30A8-4840' just yields results for other people who temporarily couldn't connect about this time a year ago. Hope it's fixed soon

Admittedly, I don't have a lot of experience playing on Live because I've only done so with a couple games, but I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the problems with Madden 09. I mean, I've seen people complaining on other sites, but I meant in this thread. Are disconnects common with games?

The only other game I really played online was GTA IV and I never had any problems with that game, but the percentage of games that I've been disconnected from in Madden 09 is way too high. What really pisses me off is when it happens towards the end of the game that I'm winning! I'm really surprised that they don't have a backup plan for when both players get kicked from the EA server - such as letting you both finish your game locally or just pause the game and try to reconnect you.

I guess the reason I'm bringing up the Madden problem is because I really want to know if this is unusual or not. As I said, I don't have a lot of experience playing on Live, so I'm not sure if this just par for the course. Judging from this article, it seems that it's pretty unusual, so that just makes me question what's going on at EA even more.

I was disconnected like 3 times in between matches of gow2 friday night. I wasnt worried about ban because everything is legit. I am not sure what the problem is but it was defenitly an annoyance.
