anyone wanting to give this tool a good test run to be sure it doesnt give invalid info like previous versions and post results back? Tool looks much improved since I last looked at it though. Only thing I miss from it is some of the features toolbox has, like keeping a log of keys and the console/person they came from.

This works great for me taking the key via usb there updated software makes it so easy to do.. I even got there spear add on but not really tested it yet..

I own a 360 Xtractor, it's a very good kit and the software is very easy to use.
I have flash 4 liteon drives with it.
For bridge the two points for TX R707 i use a small srewdriver and a timer
in Xtractor Reader

so if i got the 360Xtractor & the Spear Adapter. i would also need to get a Serial DB9 Cable right. which one should i get? is there one that works best with 360Xtractor.

nothing as the the tool allows other connectivity kits to be used. Only difference is that spear adapter but as stated before its easy just to use a small screw driver

So does using a small screwdriver with the Extractor continue to allow the process to be completely 100% solderless?.

I was wanting get this, but the combined £50 for the Maximus Extractor, and also solderless Spear was a bit off putting (I don't feel confident soldering anything at all sad.gif ).

So if I can replace the spear with a Screwdriver it may make the purchase less of a sting.

So have I understood what you said correctly, if so I just need to find a Jasper now.

yep as easy as that, all you need is something to fit across the two points that u can hold or place steady, making sure its not touching anything else. Ive heard people using a piece of solder and taping it in place. Its not that bad

no the 360 xtractor is like the pro version of CK3 you can just use a usb cable
