Hello all,

I modded my xbox with a solderless xecutor 2 chip some years ago (I also popped in a 120 GB hard drive). I was playing around with all the new abilities, and then one day, it stopped working (I'm pretty sure something jarred the xbox and it got unseated). Anyway I got too busy to mess with it, so it's been some time since I last used it in it's modded state.

Had some time today so I opened up the xbox and reseated the mod chip, booted up in to Avalaunch v0.49.3 successfully, but it's been so long I'm not sure what to do next.

My primary goal is to set it up to automatically download video podcasts from rss feeds, and to be able to watch them from the couch with the xbox remote.

Anyone else got this working? What software do I need, and what's the best way to get it onto the xbox? Any help is most appreciated. Thanks.
