I can't find any useful info to do this but:
How do you switch postions on the wireless controllers? My son got the 360 & when I was setting up my hubby's controller, I had the boy's off. At the time, our wired was plugged in & my hubby's got position #1, the wired gained #2 & my son's got #3. I need to switch the wired out of position 2 & one of the other's to it. I tried taking out the batteries, turning them all off & reconnecting (using the instant connect button) but my son's keeps going back to pos #3. Please help as it is his console & I messed it up for him. Thanks.

I think if you turn them on/ plug them in, in the order you want them it will work.
ie: turn only your sons controller on and it will become #1, then the controller you want to be #2 etc
