Where was that reported? I can't see many Kids saying to their parents Xmas day. Don't bother with that Wii you bought me. Take it back. Unless they already had one.

If it is true, it could be boyfriends/husbans telling thier girlfriends/wives to return it because they would rather a 360 or PS3.

Hey,

Is it possible that more are showing up on eBay because there were more of them to purchase than every before?

I know at the two local Wal-Marts there were shelves full of them, I would estimate that between the two stores there were at least 100 units left after the mad rush to start the morning and by 5:00 PM there were none left.

Maybe people were buying them to put on eBay.

it does say games and not consoles. There are some good games for the Wii but the atrocities outweigh those by a longshot. Could this be talking about games people opened.....hated.....and wanted to sell.

My brother bought his kids Mater Nationals.....he said within 10 minutes the kids hated it.

The news in the link is made up. You could make that say whatever you wanted. Posted on the 5th of jan and they know these are all consoles that people did not want for Xmas?? Bullshit.
It would be more believable if all the money grabbers who by stock and try to sell at a profit on Ebay before Xmas, were trying to offload the ones they couldn't shift.
