Well, I constantly get these damn Overheating Errors.

After some searching around, I noticed my that, (when looking at the back of my 360) the left fan wasn't on!

So, I've taken it out of the case, and it works. However, the left fan works sometimes, then turns off quickly after powering on. I am completely confused to this, I've got the thing working about 2 or 3 times, but it keeps crapping out on me :\

Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!

Update on this, I spliced the left fan's ground and power wires to the right fan's.

Now both fans are working, and I plan to buy another.

Assuming that one has the same results as the current one, it is a problem with the plug on the motherboard, (In this case either the brown power or blue ground in said plug). It looks solid on there, but how would I go fixing it? Would taking a low voltage solder iron to those specific joints do any good, or would I have to do something different?
