Info on error
When I attempt to load XBMC it sits on the 'evolution x' screen for a very long time, then goes back to my evox dashboard.

when I attempt to load the MS dash. it give me error 21 and the LED Xmas lights

I believe I caused this by setting XBMC to use 720i/p and 1080i
Is there a way to revert back to non-HD resolution so everything works?

Xbox Version: v1.4
360 version: v4.0 (jasper)
You can reset XBMC to its defaults by holding the two thumbsticks down as it starts.
