It's wherever you configure it to be in System - Settings - System - Skin!

I think the default is in a subdirectory \Skin\ below where the dashboard runs from.

You can add it manually to your config.xml in the <Preference> section, e.g.:

<Skin Path="E:\Dashboard\Unleashx\Skins">[Default]</Skin>

yeah im not seeing it any where. and i changes the directory in the settings and it not reading the skins ive got in the folder.
