Alright I had a Lite-On that was broken. My friend got the key off of it.

Now I have a spare Hitachi 59 (Pulled from an RROD console).

How can I spoof the Lite-On as the Hitachi 59.

you not making any sense at all, the 59 needs to be spoofed as the liteon not the other way round,. the spare 59 from the rrod console has the wrong dvd key.

Read the Hitachi firmware with Jungle Flasher. Then go to advance tools to spoof it as a Liteon. You will also need to inject the Liteon drive key as well.

To make it clear.

Have a LIte-On drive. I have Dummy/Identify/Inquiry/Key.bin for the Lite-On.

I have a spare Hitachi 59 which was pulled from a broken RROD (IT IS NOT MODDED).

I want to spoof the Lite-On as a Hitachi 59.

TO do this! Do I need to get the Hitachi key?

I have all the files for my Lite-On drive. I have a unhacked Hitachi.

What do I do now? I am lost.

No. you need to spoof your Hitachi as the Lite-on

Open the source files in jungleflash. Then open up a 1.51 Hitachi firmware as the target.

click spoof source to target.

Than flash.

Pretty simple stuff the program does all teh work
