I have a benq that was previously flashed with 1.41
Using jungleflasher and the original fw that i saved from the initial flash i patched 1.51
I used doslfash bc ive had some problems with vista recognizing the drive
Everything worked perfectly just like the initial flash , no errors or anything
Now my 360 wont recognize my backups
any advice before i go through this whole process again (not that its a long process)

thanks for all your help

So it plays orignals still at this point?

Use dosflash and dump the firmware thats in it currently. Open that dump in something like firmware toolbox to make sure you didn't flash the wrong file. If it reports as iXtreme 1.51 and it still plays orginals then you must have poorly made backups or a weak laser.

If you want me to take a look at the firmware i will no problem. Email it to me at support(at)boxxdr(dot)com

Got your email. The key was 77777777777777777777777777777777

I hope you have something with a more random looking key in it or this xbox will not be playing games again anytime soon.

If the key is lost from the drive there is currently NO WAY to recover the key from the motherboard.

Should be able to manually swap keys with f/w toolbox. I always do that as a double check.
