360 version: v4.0 (jasper)
I notice on some xbox-scene members here have "360 version: v5 Valhalla" under their avatars already. My understanding is that they are not released untill fall 2009.

What options do I have to get my hands on one?

Ha, you have no options. Nobody knows for sure when/if that revision will come out and nobody on this board has one. Some people liked to be noticed i guess.
