I went by a guide on Youtube. I followed it pretty close but I didn't get one of the flying rats. I can't find it for life of me. I've already spent to much time on this to just forget it.

Anyhow my question is, is there some sort of program that could tell me the last Rat I need from my save file or something?

I found it number 59 on this map.

Now that I've found it I remember what I was doing. I was going to the other side of the house that has a similar looking location to the ones in the video's on youtube. I just kept thinking it was that spot and I already got it. It was around the back of that area.
