My 360's drive went retarded. I tried replacing the laser myself but to no help.

I contacted Heil and he immediately worked with me to get the 360 back up and running.

He was able to swap out the broken drive and successfully replaced with a new Ben-Q drive that is working great.

I would def do business with him again.

Hes very knowledgeable and will talk with you throughout the whole process.

Very trustworthy. A+++
