Next hardware revision is Valhalla and its been on the roadmap for a very long time. It was always planned to merge the CPU and GPU into a single chip, which of course allows them to take an entirely different form-factor from consoles current design (Slim anyone?).
So no real surprises if this next revision is radically different. But its still just a 'revision' at the the end of the day.
I think merging them like that in a gaming device (which utilizes all of the CPU/GPU pretty much 100% it is on), would create a crap-ton of heat. So they better have some good cooling solutions

And yah, as everyone else said. This isnt going to be a "New Console"... its just a new "SKU" of the existing platform, will have Natal built in.
I actually really doubt they will change the shell that its in. There is nothing wrong with the way the current one looks. And at this point they are actually starting to make money on selling the hardware. Redesigning it would put them in a hole on every sale again. Unless they take stuff out ofcourse.... which they wont.
My prediction: Same look (perhaps different color), built in Natal, built in memory (anywhere from 1GB - 20GB) to let people utilize more of their digital marketplace and make it easier to do software updates in the future. Everything else will stay the same.
At E3 2 weeks ago MS was all over the place stating that they are aiming for 10 year 360 cycle.. so we wont see a "new" console until like E3 of 2012, and it prolly wont hit stores until Xmas 2014. There is no reason for a new console really... sure we can always use more power, and DX10 and such... but do we really need it? not really. Were at the point now where visually jumps are really small. As opposed to going 8bit (NES) to 16bit (SNES) to 32bit systems (PS1). Look at Wii, its not even HD.. yet its totally viable in the market with machines that cost less than it, and in terms of hardware 3-4+ times more powerful.
