Okay, so I just started backing up my 360 games recently. I ripped and burnt 4 of them with no problems using Verbatim DVD+R DL (Made in Singapore) media and a HL-DT-ST GSA-T50N Burner (the burner in my HP Laptop). Then I ripped and started to burn my Fallout 3 game and I got the following error half way through the burn: (Also just to clarify I use imgBurn at a speed of 2.4x)

I/O Error!

Device: [3:0:0] HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T50N RC04 (E:) (ATA)

ScsiStatus: 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition

CDB: 2A 00 00 1D 30 20 00 00 20 00
Interpretation: Write (10) - Sectors: 1912864 - 1912895

Sense Area: 70 00 04 00 00 00 00 0A 35 01 04 3E 09 01 00 00 00 00

PLEASE HELP ME! Thanks

If its still under 1 year warranty return it for new burner, Other wise open it up clean the rails for the laser and give the laser a clean aswell,

Should get you a few more burns before it completly dies.
