I am wanting to know if it is possible for an xbox to have programs running simultaneously when the game is playing. I especially want to know if a program like Cheat Engine would run (I do not play online. i mostly play halo with my little cousins and brothers.)

I didn't quite know where to post this as i am a noob to these forums... I figured Cheat Engine was a PC program so it belonged here.

anyway much thanks in advance!

I am running Unleashx btw!

No, it's not possible. The xbox is a game console.
For that reason, they want the real time behavour to be predictable.
If you divide your cpu power between multiple application, you can't guarantee the real time behavour anymore.

There is one exeption with the debug xbox.
There is a separate program handling the communication with the host pc.
Those xboxes normally have 128MB ram instead of the usual 64MB to compensate for the extra code, and the bigger(debug enabled) programs.

regards.
