hi everybody.this is only my second post as im a noob to this site so here goes. iv been playing patched 3rd wave games online for quite awhile now and im still not banned.all the games are ripped from the originals and not pirated bs i just aint comfortable with modding my system last time it cost me 100 bucks to get it done.my question is has anyone been banned yet for playing patched 3rd wave games yet? thanks guys any info would be appreciated.

There has been no ban wave since last fall. You are probably on a future ban list and wont get banned until the next ban wave (probably later this fall).

dang.oh well if i get banned microsoft simply wont get their 7.99 plus tax per month and ill just get multyplayer games on ps3.
