Recent Xbox 360 Bans, Because being punished once isn't enough. Options

hey i just got banned today, the game i think that i got banned from is borderlands, played it once didnt really like it, but i played it after the release date and it was 100% verified, other than that i dont know why i got banned, they havent even sent me an email explaing exactly why i got banned, i called them twice and they just hung up

same here....i got no email...just says "console banned" when i turn on my xbox

"BORDERLANDS" was the last game i played, it was also the FIRST time i played it.

turned on my console (iXtreme 1.6 BenQ) this morning to play my RETAIL copy of COD4 and i was informed that i was banned...... and i cant access the email account used in my xbl info so i cant even check why i was banned.

no i did not play it early...i JUST played it today for the first time...YES it was 100% verified.

I have not been banned, and I have played Borderlands. I played it after it was verified through ABGX. I wouldn't consider Borderlands the reason for the bans.

i'm speculating here but i think this is liked to the mistake abgx made a few months back. People that never played early and 100% verified are getting banned, maybe they got flagged when abgx makde the mistake with games like red faction. It could be dunno for sure.

Nobody knows how MS determines a console as being compromised. I have played games that were patched to a wrong wave by ABGX and I did play some games early - I am not banned as of now.

It wasn't Borderlands, here is my situation :

I bought a PS3 a little bit ago (2 weeks? 1/2 weeks?) and since then, my 360 wasn't plugged in to the network because I only have one network cable going to the entertainment center. Borderlands had been leaked and I had played it while my 360 was disconnected the entire time. My xbox.com account doesn't show any achievements for Borderlands, but me and the gf have been ripping it up with local co-op and I have tons of achievements.

Oh well.

It wasn't borderlands, I'm banned and haven't played. 1.6, just finished rechecking my games, all were 100% stealthed. Sucks, yesterday I bought Forza 3 retail, first time in a long time lol.

This has probably been asked to death, but I'm kind of new to the iXtreme scene, and have 1 factory console, and 1 modded. I switch my HDD between the two when I want to play some backups. I only play games that are already released and 100% verified by Abgx (which I'm seeing doesn't really matter anymore) If my modded console is not hooked up to LIVE, and I earn achievements offline, then switch my HDD to my legit console and sign in, is there a chance of a ban?

Just to help give one more example. I have 2 360s. 1 with an eye patch and the other a virgin Elite. Most of the games that peg leg touches I never go on xbox live with. As in I don't even have an Ethernet running to it. The Elite plays my retail CoDs and Halos. The eye patch box has been online for a few games, post street date, such as NCAA 10 and RE:5.

I have played Borderlands on peg leg but not on live and not before release date.

My eye patch xbox still works fine for live as I just checked it. Ironically I left CSI:DI in the drive but kicked it out on boot. Nevertheless it works fine.

I just never hook an Ethernet cord up unless I know Ill be semi-ok. Which is not very often.

This is also what I do, and I have had no problems. I dont believe it stores the disc data on the HDD. At least Ive been doing that for 2 years with no problems. So I think youre safe.

I have a liteon with 1.6 and i played Forza 3 and borderlands 1 week early. However when i play i unplug the network cable and i also unplug the hard drive (seems logical). I even play CODWAW iso mod on live (fun as hell) and....

I have not been banned

All of my games are run through abgx and except for not being able to verify wave 4 or released games everything has been running smoothly.

Im not really worried about getting console banned.. i bought insurance, a 2 year no questions asked replacement plan from best-buy:P 80$ but considering my bad habits im asking for a ban.
