kk i dont want to flash my bios or make a boot disc and i dont have a chip i just want to ftp it over. is there anyway to do just that? thanx ^^

p.s. i use unleashx atm but want to remove that as soon as i install avalaunch

Well... there is no good way to do this. I have one idea that usually works, but is not recommended..

You can rename the avalaunch.xbe to unleashx.xbe (or whatever your unleashx.xbe is named, maybe default.xbe?) and ftp it to your xbox. Just make sure you config it right the first time, or you may run into problems...
