Xbox 360 Hdd Questions Options

Okay, Today has been a rough day for me. First, my modded Xbox (360) got another RRoD error, so my Dad tried to fix it. He was able to fix it before and it worked for over a month. Well this time he wasn't.
Something on the mobo broke so that Xbox is screwed. (For future reference this is XBOX 1)

Now my second console was hit by the ban wave today (F.ck M$) and well obviously I can't access XBL anymore. (This is Xbox 2)

NONE OF THEM HAVE WARRANTIES SO DON'T ASK

So my question is,
If i take Xbox 1's hdd (120gb, but im sure size doesnt matter) and put it in Xbox 2 (Xbox 1 HDD has all my stuff on it, like Game saves and games and stuff(Also mind you xbox 2 is console banned)(And Xbox 1 has an XBL Profile on it but so does Xbox 2))) Will anything happen? Other then that Xbox 1's HDD with the XBL profile wont be able to sign into XBL?

Im sorry for not really clarifying this, so if you need anymore info just ask.

EDIT*****: By the way console 2 was modded also thats why it was banned
