Trying to find out if microsoft is postponing bans for people who consistently make purchases on xbox live. Maybe they fear losing that income. So if you are banned, how much did you spend on xbox live in the last year... if you ARE NOT BANNED how much did you spend on xbox live?

Same here except for getting a 1-year gold account that ends in January. Spent nothing else from Live/Marketplace period. wink.gif

12 month Subscription = $79.95AUD
12 month Subscription = $60AUD
3 month Subscription = $25AUD

XBLA Titles = $700AUD+
DLC = $400AUD+


TOTAL = $1264.95AUD


And if i do get banned, meh, i still have all the DLC on my console, and i'll move onto the PS3.


XBLA titles i have a fair amount of, and fair bit of DLC including Shivering Isles, Fallout Packs, GTA packs, COD Map Packs, Rainbow Six Packs etc.

I have bought way over $500 worth of content from the marketplace and I was banned. This makes no difference on their banning.

I have 1200 points that I haven't used.

Look at it from Microsoft point of view. If they see that you have bought a ton of marketplace contect or have point available then as they see it you will be more likely to go out and buy another console and leave it untouched for Live so you will still have assess to your marketplace content.
