I'm sorry to bug....

I have seen a link to a full dashboard archive that had all the dash updates in it. I have been looking for hours and cant find a working link. Does anyone know of the location of the archive? I tried the usual places and couldn't find it there. I tried the "http://modfreakz.kilu.de/" but I am unable to register/access the files. any help would be appreciated.
