Hi i have 2 xbox. 1 hard-modded aladin chip(wich has the pso save from 4 years ago) and a softmoded with ndure pack.
I want to transfer my PSO save form the hardmoded to the softmoded xbox.(i tried and it doesn't work)

I'm wondering how can i make it work? what does the pso save check?
If it checks the EPROM. can i change the eprom on the SOTMODED xbox with the Hhardmoded one?

If it fails the only thing that gets bricked is the hd am i correct?, hope someone reads this.

I just used my memory card to transfer from one xbox to another. At least thats what i did any ways. It seemed to work for me. :/

How far do you actually get with the save transfer? Are you able to get it to the other xbox only to be told by the game that the save is corrupt? Or have you not gotten that far?

If you did get the save over to the other box and have the corrupted problem, then I would suggest an eeprom clone to make the save usable.

As a side note, I don't know because I never played PSO but, if the game is made by EA then I would say that an eeprom check is what is happening.

EDIT: Yes you can make the eeproms on the 2 xboxes match.
