If I have a banned 360 the hard drive is corrupted...right?

so if I were to get a new xbox 360...

can I use the new hard drive on a banned console?...

....can I use the new hard drive on a modded console but not banned without banning the new console.

hope its not too confusing.

The hard drive is not what gets corrupted. The profile does. And it is the console that corrupts this not the hard drive itself. You can put that hard drive into any non banned console and it will work like normal.

Oh ok....so if I use the brand new hard drive on a modded console(which isn't banned).....and put the hard drive back onto the new xbox360 to play onLive....I won't get banned?
