I have a 360 flashed with ix1.6. i want to play using xlink, but i dont want to get banned, so if i plug in my internet cable to the 360 will i get banned from live?

if i were you id make a separate account that is not xbox live enabled this way there is absolutely no chance of Microsoft connecting to you. some people say to disable xbox live either way works
