so yea i got 1 red light when i press the xbox button on the controlller

i get 1 light when i press eject...

but when u hit the xbox 360 power on the console it self .. it loads up....?

should i pull my kv again? and put xell 1st then the dash?

edit... the console is jtagged.. it can play the arcade games .. and the xexloader / usb hdd games work... its just that xell crap...

oh yea its a zeyphr

i had a similar problem today with my falcon board. check your jtag solders. also if you have solder DB1F1 to the bottom of the board instead try loosening the screw to the hdd port a bit as well as the long ones on that side of the case
