I Have A Softmodded Box With Unleshed X And I Was Wondering If I Can Update The Original HDD To A Bigger One Without Hot Swapping With A Computer
The HardDrive I Want To Throw In Is A Maxtor 30 gig Model: 5T030H3 HDA:- 33A PCBA- 04A Code- TAH7IDPO
DiamondMax Plus 60 7200 RPM
Please Help!

360 version: none
If your xbox is modded, you can backup the eeprom.
You can use the eeprom.bin file together with the xboxhdm package to lock the new drive.

So, you don't need to hotswap. You do need to connect the harddisk to the pc.
(Maybe you don't want that either?)
