This question has probably been already asked but M$ constantly finds new ways to ban people
I have just gotten my first 360 and would like to be able to play on live

My question is can I play on live with the original cd with a flashed xbox and not get banned?
I want to get free games but sometimes titles like MW 2 come around that just must be played online.

And is there a way to unflash my xbox?

I don't understand what you mean

Let me rephrase my question:
I want to play on live with store bought games
But I also want to be able to play offline with ripped/backed up games

Will I get banned if I play online with a flashed xbox even if the games are bought?

it seems if you have a benq or samsung, u can be safe with the right firmware, but if you have a hitachi or liteon, u r screwed. if being safe is a major concern for you, flash back to stock.

What is the "right firmware" for samsung?

Are you referring to '1.6 No-Stealth 12x'?

And by "free games" you mean legally copy the games that you have purchased from the store?

Shut this guy down please..... We are legal here man... none of that talk
