Ok so I thaught the laser was bad so I ordered one. Put it in today and I put in a game disc and it spins for 1 sec and says "Reading" then it stops and say's "Open Tray".... WTF???

What else can go out on these DVD Drives? This is my 4th BenQ that has been doing this. They all got new lasers and they refuse to read and spin for more than 1 second.

Any ideas?
