I wonder how I can recognize savegames they are all numbers under the profile for example
earth force defence 2017 is 445007D3. this is hexadecimal or what??

Look them up on Kingla's File List

http://360.kingla.com/?group=&sort=&type=360#list

eg: enter 445007D3 in the Title ID list search- This returns you the game 'Earth Defense Force 2017'
