Gammer Points On Unbanned Box After Ban Options

My question is after unbanning the box is there any danger of gamertag ban from earning achievements on the banned but then unbanned 360 and then putting your gamer profile and the so mentioned gamer points on live using a non modded 360. I have searched high and low for a definite answer to this with no avail. It seems to reason, if people are uncorrupting profiles and game saves then this would not be a problem. But I am unsure if the achievement point file would include the system serial number and if M$ could check that against known banned systems and then issue a gamertag ban. Which would be devastating! If some one is doing this currently with no ban or side effects please post.

you have searched high and low for an answer and not found one, simply because nobody here has one...we don't know for sure. you could always call Microsoft and ask them though.

technically you could have played any xbla or x360 game at a friends house, or any x360 game as a rental...but logically it will be awfully suspicious to see your history all of a sudden include massive amounts of xbla games not on your account, etc.

Thank you for the reply. The intent of the post was to see if anyone knew what information was stored in an achievement file/log. I do not have any intention of downloading or playing non licensed DLC. All the back-ups being used are direct burns from my original games. Although I do use the wave patcher for wave 4 games to revert the wave data to wave 3. We use the back-ups for use in our second home as to allude the constant packing and unpacking of the Xbox gear. So if anyone is in my situation is gaining achievement points on an uncrippled Xbox and then using that gamer profile on live with a stock Xbox with success, please post.

P.S. luke3001, I am going to skip that phone call to Microsoft.

sry, i misread your post then.

that seems like an awful lot of work, to uncripple it every time u want to conect to XBL just to upload ur points.

again, the answer is that nobody knows for sure. if you don't think its worth risking getting ur GT banned then you probably shouldn't do it. personally i don't think they'd go that far to check.
