Is there any way at all to somehow do this to NES/SNES Roms?
(Prolly not... but it would make me want to replay a lot of games)

You mean achievement points like the XBox 360? That would be pretty sweet. Especially if somebody could get a system where it was recorded online.

It could be done.... but it's not going to be done on the Xbox, maybe on 360 someone will hack something or another and make a server to hold scores and such, but I don't know about, "threw 200 foot soldiers at the screen" in Turtles In Time or something like that.... it would be way to complicated I would think.

on second thought, the scores would be pretty complicated too lol

I would think for any homebrew games it would be possible because someone would be able to write code within the game to transmit the scores and all that.
