Hi,
I have a question to the technical guys here. I found the pinout to the xbox
avip connector (Here). The description of pin 4 and pin 16 say theres a vsync and
a hsync signal. After checking it out theres no signal at all.
Does anybody know if this pins are used at all or if they are totally unused?

I hope somebody here knows whats going on with this pins wink.gif

How are pins 17-19 configured? You can check against this http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=213487 as well.

Hi,
the pins (here 7 and 8) are also unused in this diagramm.
Thanks for the link to this diagramm btw wink.gif .
So there is no funktion they ever had/have with any accessories, or?

In all the various connectors, the 2 pins are unused so I guess you are right. A separate sync separator circuit is needed for VGA as shown in JaredC01's diagram.
