Xplorer360 - Xbox 360 Cache Folder Options

So not sure if this is the right section to be posting this, just figured here would be best since it pertains to Xplorer360...kinda. Anyways, I am just wondering (because I have yet to be able to find an explanation), but is their any key/legend/guide for the files in the Xbox 360 Cache folder (viewable by Xplorer360, there now this topic pertains to the section, lol).

What I mean by this is
TU_* files -> title updates

but what about...
AT_*
CT_*
DA_*
FM_*
GA.*
GI.*
GT_*
MB_*
PS_*
QH_*
SP_*
TK_*
TN_*
TT_*
VC_*

Anyways, if anyone can point me in the right direction for a guide for these files please do so, else this type of reference is long overdue.

And mods, please move topic to the correct section if this location is improper.

I think the use and treatment of these files remains a mystery, or it's so ridiculously technical that no one wants to make a guide since it would open up a world of hurt. I just want to know if the 360 applies the title updates to the game, or if it just leaves them in the cache and checks the folder each time it starts the game.
