i am a little confused on what this exactly does...so let me get this straight it is similar to yaris swap in that this allows the user (lets call him user a)to use dlc content from another user (user B ) that has been signed to user b's profile? I thought this wasnt necessary with dlc..someone please clarify...and are these magic keys in his text? App works fine just a little curious what it is doing....

It's signing DLC packages with dev keys, so that retail-origin packages can be used on an XeDK.
