i just got a ps3 from my brother and im restoring it to default, should i updated the system and do games update the system by playin them and if so what updates the last update that dont disable os

any update under 3.21

still you may need to update in order to play newer games <- not sure since i updated

games update once your online, but if you go online you will have to update to the newer firmware
