I have two XBOX 360 consoles.

XBOX360-A is NOT modified (and can go online)
XBOX360-B IS modified (and has never been online)


Is the following scenario safe?

I have purchased games on XBOX360-A.
I want to use the license transfer option to transfer my downloaded games from XBOX360-A to XBOX360-B. (Yes, I realize I'll have to take a modified XBOX360 online)

Also, what happens if I purchase games for my XBOX360-B (I'll have to be online)
