I just setup my network to stream all media pc with xbmc at main tv xbox with xbmc in bedroom.

I have 2 prolbems first does the xbox xbmc play mkv files.

How in the H3[[ do get emulators to work with this PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME ON THIS

I have simillar problem. I have recently bought Component cable and enabled 720p in XBMC. I am trying to play MKV files and XBMC freezes.... I have also noticed that it only happens when you play MKV file > 1 GB.

PS I am using t3ch's rev29407 build (27/04/2010).

Please help.

I'm a Mac user. I have mountains of DVD disc and recently bought a WD-TV HD Player. So I want to convert all DVDs to some format in order to play on my HD player. The reason I don't want to convert them to AVI is because somewhere I read that if I convert DVD to MKV files, it will carry all the subtitles and bonus features of DVD too. But how do I convert DVDs to MKV files on Mac and What is the best DVD to MKV Mac converter

Yes XBMC can play MKV out of the box.

And its probably freezing on those files simply because the processor cant handle it
