Ive just put a new HDD(500GB) in my xbox and put xbmc on. Formatted the drive with 120GB on F: (16k clusters)and the rest on G: (32k clusters)

Spent all day transfering my games to the G drive and ive come to start putting the wide icons for xbmc on and filezilla wont see drive G:

Sees everything else fine and XBMC happily sees G:

Anyone know whats happening?

So, while running XBMC as dash, Filezilla did see G, and now it does not? Rebooting etc doesn't change this? Do you mean G isn't presented at all, or does it appear but just turn up as empty?

After formatting the drive, did you double check that 32kb clusters were actually used on G?
